The breakfast was perfect with honey and coffee thee, as example and top-class stuff. The twin room was new-fashioned and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect and best possible, at a walking distance from a large amusement park. Moreover, its adjacent to 2-3 minutes walk from beach, a big, and the centre of Arenal.

Overall it was a nice size and beautifully decorated with balcony. The hotel was in the best possible location, close to the airport.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located near three major metro lines and a bus station, making transportation very easy. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check-in late at night. The bed provided in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Staff were excellent- very helpful and friendly. Given the price, breakfast and facilities were more than could be expected (pool, internet), room was basic but clean, and had good en-suite and balcony. Very short walk from beach, restaurants and shops and easily reached from the airport by public transport.

Room door was old and lock seemed flimsy, but there are safes downstairs and the 24hr staffing means it felt safe enough. Pool was mostly in shade for all of the day (in May), so it was very cold. Breakfast was adequate (but v.good for such a low room price- breads/cereals/cold meat etc) and room had no TV/air conditioning. Once more though, this has to be placed in the context of somewhere costing under £25 a night! Given the low price though, there can be a tendency to attract travelling groups, and we had a couple of crowds that were very noisy late at night. This is just your luck though, and not the hotel's fault.

It's a brilliant hotel with sensational breakfast, the location is amazing right to airport. Well decorated and well-equipped rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! The breakfast is served in the pool area😃

I recently stayed at Hotel Teide for a short trip to El Arenal. The hotel was a great choice for me as I didn't plan on spending much time there. The second building, Pegasus Playa, was a convenient option and the room had everything I needed. The staff, especially the receptionist , were super helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic, just a 4-minute walk to the beach and promenade with plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. a great price-quality ratio.

Position of the Hostal is great. Just a short walk to the beach and amongst plenty of little restaurants.The pool and relaxation area"s of the hostal are nice places to be with comfortable chairs/pillows etc and the free breakfast included in room price was good and a nice change from the overcooked hot breakfasts provided in some places.. Room/bathroom simple but very clean. We enjoyed our stay and planning to stay here again in the near future. Staff very friendly and helpful, thanks

Thoroughly enjoyed how great value and fabulous the property was and its excellent staff at this point once the receptionist was calm. The location for El Arenal was absolutely perfect, near to the party area of Mallorca, and the beach and all the restaurants and clubs. Also, the venue was only 1 km to Playa Calo de Sant Antoni. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in El Arenal.

I recently stayed at Hotel Teide for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to accommodate any requests. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and conveniently close to supermarkets. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the nice terrace and reliable wifi. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, location, and friendly staff.

It is definitely no luxury, but everything functions, warm water, good breakfast, friendly staff, close to the beach.. Cannot afford to complain, because it is a very cheap and surely worth expenses.

the location was very central, close enough to the public transport connecting to the airport and beautiful beach. both rooms we booked were brand-new and modern with balconies and aircondition plus safe, no reason to complain.

The units were beautifully decorated with a good size beds. The location is perfect, really close to the island - couldn't be better...

Booked the hotel for its great location really close to mini markets, 2-3 minutes walk from beach and the party area of Mallorca. It also was close to everything.

We had a late check-in and unfortunately experienced a delay at reception. However, the staff were apologetic and did their best to rectify the situation. Our room in the annexe building had a bad smell in the bathroom, but it was clean and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory. The location was convenient, close to the beach and breakfast was decent. Despite the minor inconveniences, we would still recommend this hotel for a short stay. our experience at Teide was satisfactory.
